Exploring The New Fire Pit Patio

Each flagstone around the pit parameter was hand-cut onsite, along with most of the other stones.  Haakon and I came out and watched during one of his stay-home-with-fever days.  Pretty incredible work.  

Josie has really been obsessed with collecting pretty leaves, acorns, and even pine needles.

Josie and Haakon had a school closed day on Columbus day.  I took the day off and we went to the zoo.
