New Whaler and Halloween

The new 2001 Whaler arrived via flatbed yesterday morning.  It was a beautiful day...seemed like a shame to put it in the garage.  So we put her in Lake Lanier for a few hours.  Her first taste of Georiga water.  Everything went smoothly and we are all excited to spend more time on the Beulah.

Yes, looks like I need a lower hitch.  So nice having a trailer that actually fits the boat.  Getting the old boat on the old trailer usually required swearing and beating the carpet pads back into position with a sledge hammer.
